J.J. has traveled extensively with his wife exploring every continent but Australia (maybe soon). He has written a series of articles about international travel and relocation to another country. A few years ago, J.J. and his wife of 34 years moved to Panama. He speaks authentically about travel, moving abroad, immersion in a new culture and how to make the experiences rewarding from the start and for years to come.
From time to time, we will include new articles about international travel and relocation on this site.
Join our community of readers and expatriates to share stories, advice, and experiences.
Over the years, we have discovered travel around the world is a great adventure. We began our travels as young adults largely by trial and error. Seeing beautiful sites, meeting warm and welcoming people and, exploring interesting cultures. More frequently than we would like, we found ourselves on faint deep jungle trails, seemingly endless desert roads and in the middle of massive protests or celebrations. Foolish, yes too many times and mostly a few years ago without GPS or translation apps.
This series of articles is borne of experience and written about issues that are current, created for this quickly changing world. I hope you find these helpful. If you would like to see more, additional articles will appear in our newsletter. Please complete the Contact Us form on this site.
